What does the L.C.C. Membership cost?

There’s a $99 one-time-only annual fee to join the Luxe Linen Collective. Once activated you can shop all subscriptions during the course of your membership. Remember, membership has its perks: the more bundles you buy, the more you save.

How long does my membership last?

Your membership to the Luxe Linen Collective lasts one year, so you can enjoy the true Lola & Veranda experience. The membership fee auto-renews annually. 

What do I get from my membership?

On becoming a member of the Luxe Linen Collective, you get access to all of our subscription-only bundles across the site. Members can also take advantage of our Refresh & Return program, where we send you a fresh bundle every 6 months!

What is the Refresh & Return program?

Our Refresh & Return program is designed to let you change your bedroom or bathroom aesthetics every 6 months. After which, members pick a brand new bundle–in any design, color or size–for linen refresh at no extra charge. That means you get two bundles/sets per year for the price of one. The kicker? That new bundle is yours to keep forever.

How will I know when it’s time to refresh my linens?

We’ll send you a reminder email one month before it’s time for you to refresh, then you simply order your new bundle/set and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I return my used linens?

Refreshing is simple: We send your new bundle/set in a box with a prepaid return shipping label. All you do is pack and return your previously loved linens in the same box.

Can I shop linens without becoming a member?

We offer some of our bundled linens to non-members who want to pay a one-time-only price up front. However, “Buy Now” shoppers aren’t eligible for member perks and not all linen bundles are available for purchase. Learn more at our Luxe Linen Collective membership page.

Can I shop your Bath & Towel Sets without becoming a member?

No, our Bath & TowelSets are available exclusively to L.L.C. Members on a subscription basis.

I’ve bought a Bedding Bundle by paying the one-time price, can I still become a member?

Absolutely! Customers who have purchased a Bedding Bundle can become members for an additional $100. Write to us at lola@lolaandveranda.com and we’ll help.

Can I purchase individual items within the Bedding Bundles and Towel & Bath Sets?

Unfortunately not, but we’ve designed our membership with purpose. Our bundles were created so you can enjoy your linens to the fullest without worrying about mixing, matching or individually replacing pieces.

As a member, do I have to return my linens after six months?

Designing your home is a joy, not a stress. We’re not going to come knocking if you’d prefer to hold onto them after 6 months. But, if you want to support the planet and our Circle of Sustainability we sure hope you choose to!

What is the Circle of Sustainability?

Our Circle of Sustainability is our fully circular product economy that ensures no materials are wasted from production to your home and back. Moreover, all our linens are made from GOTS Organic Cotton, shipped in 100% recyclable materials and without any plastic packaging.

Do I get to keep any of the linens?

Absolutely. The bundle you have at the close of the 12-month subscription period is yours to keep forever. Enjoy! We do hope you renew your membership annually and keep refreshing your bundles every 6 months. Because who doesn’t like a little novelty now and again!

Will you ever send me used linens as part of your subscription program?

We would never! Every bundle you add to cart is a brand new set (unless clearly marked otherwise) – so you can rest easy knowing you’re the first to break them in.

Once I sign up, can I edit my subscription?

You can add to your subscription at any time. Just choose a design you love and we’ll add the amount to your existing subscription. The more you order, the more you save!

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, if you cancel your membership within 30 days of signing up, and return your order, we will issue you a full refund. Any cancellations beyond 30 days will not be refunded and will act as a final sale. 


You can switch off annual auto-renewal at any time by simply contacting us on lola@lolaandveranda.com.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of the start of your Subscription, and return the Loaned Products within 30 days of canceling your Subscription, you will be issued a full refund for the Subscription Fee already paid.

Can I cancel my subscription and still keep my linens?

Yes - for a fee. This fee will depend on the outstanding balance remaining from the total value of your subscription. You can contact lola@lolaandveranda.com, and we’ll help you through the process.

Once I sign up, can I edit my shipping information?

Sure you can. Simply edit your shipping information through your Lola & Veranda Profile Page before your next shipment.

How long will delivery take after placing my order?

FedEx standard delivery is between 3-5 working days. We also offer expedited shipping on select items, charged as per FedEx pricing.

How much is delivery?

We offer free FedEx ground shipping across Mainland USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Locations outside Mainland USA pay shipping charged as per FedEx pricing.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the contiguous US only.

What is your return policy?

We offer Free Returns within 30 days on all of our L&V Subscription Bundles, to customers within Mainland USA. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, we do not accept returns on any of our collaborative drops. This is due to the fact that they come all the way from India and around the world.

What about customs, duties and taxes?

L&V linens ship from our US warehouse and incur no additional charges. For our collaborative drops, customs, duties and taxes should not be charged as the items fall under the $800 price limit. However, in the event of any government charges, the onus falls on the customer. 

Can I edit my billing information after I’ve signed up?

Of course! You can manage your billing details from your Lola & Veranda Profile Page at any time.

My payment has been declined. What do I do now?

No worries! We’ll attempt to recharge up to 5 times every 2 days. We will also attempt to contact you via email. If we have been unable to contact you and your payment is unsuccessful after the 5th attempt, your subscription will be canceled.

How often will my subscription be charged?

This depends on the number of bundles you have subscribed to. You will be charged every month, on the same date you placed each order.  

Can I order additional items with my subscription?

Yes, please! We’ve teamed up with some niche and exciting brands so you can accessorize your home as well as your bedding. Browse through our collaborations and choose your favorite - members even get a special discount. 

 

Please note that these are one-time purchases and are at an additional cost to your subscription.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we do! They can be purchased on the L&V Gift Cards page and are sent via email. You can then forward it to someone you love. 

L&V Gift Cards can be used as credit on our website to purchase any items of the same or lower value. 

We have three tiers of Gift Cards based on our bestselling subscription bundle packages, however, the recipient can choose to use their Gift Card in any way they like.
